No hot water. On Ideal combi boilers simply check that the hot water temperature is turned up on the front, then check that the isolation valve underneath the boiler on the cold mains pipe is vertical/open. If neither of these seem to be the cause of the issue then it's likely to be a problem within the appliance, possibly a zone valve issue.

2012/4/30 · The system is now re-pressurised but when I try to run the boiler it shuts down after 5mins. The inlet pipe to the pump is very hot as is the pump but the outlet pipe to the diverter valve is cold. The pump seems to be running ok as you can hear it and it changes speed when the speed control swt is moved, but it seems its not pumping any water.
